VIEWFINDER: Einstein Elementary Unveils New Playground Equipment

The school's PTSA raised more than $27,000 for the project.

officially unveiled a new playground structure this morning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Redmond school.

The school's PTSA organization raised more than $27,000 for the project, according to Kathryn Reith, a spokeswoman for the Lake Washington School District. Einstein students also held a walk-a-thon fundraiser in June, and the PTSA matched the funds they collected.
