Ruth Mason dies at 92

 Ruth Mason died peacefully Dec. 11, 2012, at Emerald Heights Skilled Nursing. She had Parkinson's for three years. She worked at Casual Aire, her husband's  womens clothes store in Bellevue Square. She also belonged to Overlake Mem. Hospital volunteers and Overlake Memorial Ladies Volunteers. She is survived by her husband, Clyde Mason ( living at Emerald Heights), two daughters, eight grandchildren and eleven great-grand children. Her memorial was at Emerald Heights, Jan. 26th. Please send rememberances to the Red Cross of America.

RASP is a wonderful group of writers from all walks of Redmond life. They hold an open mic on theRead More last Friday of every month at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center. Not only do they have featured readers like Kathleen, but the open mic portion encourages anyone from the community to read their work. It's regularly quite good. All those with a hunger to get their work out in the world should attend.
