Transportation will be the focus of the next Redmond Senior Center First Friday Coffee Chat, scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. on June 3 in the center's Fireplace Lounge.
Don Cairns, the city’s transportation services manager, and Bruce Newman, traffic operations engineer, will be the guests. Cairns and Newman will discuss traffic operations within the city limits and also field questions during the informal chat.
Future guests scheduled for First Friday Coffee Chats are Kim Dietz, senior planner focusing on neighborhoods and Redmond history (Aug. 5), Sandra Bettencourt, recreation division manager (Nov. 4) and Rebecca Borker, maintenance operations supervisor for the wastewater division (Dec. 2).
