Jay R. Uusitalo was born on December 25, 1967 in Seattle, Washington, to Cheryl (Duncan) and John Roger Uusitalo. He passed away on March 9, 2013 in Woodinville, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Stephanie Uusitalo, his children, his mother Cheryl Norton, and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
