Redmond's Farrel-McWhirter Park is home to some of the city's finest four-legged residents.

Lousy weather kept many people indoors Saturday, but was still a lively place to be. Cows, goats, pigs, chickens and rabbits all roam around on the 68-acre park, which features a children's animal farm and horse arena.

Aside from its four-legged residents, Farrel-McWhirter also has covered picnic shelters, a walking trail and orienterring course. The park is staffed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
