Anatoly Padìn is one of the most successful dragon slayers in the land, but there haven’t been many dragons around lately so business is slow. While resting in the woods near a small kingdom, he hears that the Queen has issued a decree.  If anyone can figure out how and why the princess’ shoes keep wearing out, she will give them half her kingdom and her daughter’s hand in marriage.  Having nothing to lose, Anatoly decides to take up the challenge. Will Anatoly discover Princess Yulia’s secret or will he end up losing his freedom and be forced to serve as a jester in the court?

RASP is a wonderful group of writers from all walks of Redmond life. They hold an open mic on theRead More last Friday of every month at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center. Not only do they have featured readers like Kathleen, but the open mic portion encourages anyone from the community to read their work. It's regularly quite good. All those with a hunger to get their work out in the world should attend.
