Gene Juarez to Offer Mammograms at Redmond Town Center on Oct. 30

Gene Juarez Salons and Spas and the Puget Sound Affiliate of Susan G. Komen will bring mammograms to the salon company's Redmond Town Center salon on Oct. 30 to help women get screened for breast health.

Gene Juarez Salons and Spas will offer mammogram screening at its Redmond Town Center location as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The salon and spa company, which has salons throughout the Puget Sound area, says on its website that it hopes to make it easy to take action and get screened for breast health.

Insurance is accepted, and free screening mammograms will available to low-income and uninsured individuals 40 years or older who qualify, according to the Gene Juarez website.

As a bonus, the salon and spa will enhance women's experiences with a relaxing mini hand treatment or foot soak, soothing cup of tea, and a special gift, according to the company website. Participants can also enter for a chance to win a $100 gift card to Gene Juarez.
