Changes Afoot at Redmond Town Center

Staff confirmed that the Town Center is under new management, as of Friday, Aug. 2.

Redmond Town Center has been bought and is under new management by JSH Properties as of Friday, Aug. 2, an employee confirmed this morning.

The 600,000-square-foot retail portion of the center has reportedly been for sale as well by Macerich, a California-based company that bought the property for $95 million in 1999.

Patch is seeking additional information about what changes the community might see with the new management. Redmond Town Center's website is currently being revamped as well, but the basic store directory information is functioning on the site.

Recently, Shorestein Properties bought the office portion of the complex for $185 million.

This is a developing story; Patch will bring you more information as it becomes available.
