Koko FitClub to Hold Fundraiser for America Cancer Society
For 24 hours this weekend, members working out at Koko FitClub in Redmond and across the nation could result in a $20,000 donation to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
is participating in the nationwide chain’s Five Million Point Challenge, Saturday.
For a 24-hour period starting Saturday, March 24 at 6 a.m., every time a member signs up for and completes at least one 15-minute cardio session the “points” they earn will go into the chain’s national numbers. If Koko members nationwide can collectively reach the 5 million point total in 24 hours, Koko will donate $20,000 to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
“Many of our members support local charity walks and runs this time of year, and we see our 5 Million Point Challenge as a great way to kick off their efforts right here at Koko,” said Victoria Holsclaw, owner of the Redmond and Woodinville Koko FitClub locations. “It’s a great motivator and a great cause.”
