Microsoft Adopts New Logo—What Do You Think?

The company says the new design "represents a new era for Microsoft."

Microsoft announced today that it has adopted a new logo for the first time in 25 years.

The logo includes the familiar colored squares associated with many products as well as the company's name in Segoe font, which Microsoft already uses in many of its products and marketing materials.

Microsoft's Jeffrey Meisner wrote in a blog post that the new logo represents a new direction for the company.
