Redmond Chamber, Realize Redmond Appoint Representatives to One Redmond

The new group has organized a transition team and held its first meeting last Thursday.

, a collective group that includes the , , the Redmond Economic Development Alliance, and the City of Redmond, is beginning to take shape as two of its member organizations announced their appointment of representatives to a new transition work group.

The chamber's representatives are Andrea Lachmann of PS Business Parks (incoming chairwoman of the chamber's board of directors), Tom Martin of Evergreen Healthcare (outgoing chairman of the board), and Ryan Baumgartner of Cashman Consulting & Investments, LLC.

Those representing Realize Redmond include its board chairman Dan Angellar, general manager of the , Linda Benson, vice president of community initiatives for , and former Redmond City Council member Nancy McCormick.

As , founder and CEO of Thinkspace, wrote on his blog, the transition team for One Redmond held its first meeting last Thursday. The group aims to have an organizational structure in place by February 2012, according to a news release from the Greater Redmond Chamber of Commerce.
