An announcement posted Thursday evening invited customers to the new shop: "We will be opening our Redmond store tomorrow afternoon!!!! Come check out the store and the selections. Who will be our first paying customer???"

"Along with my brother, Michael, and my wife, Grace, we intend to provide the residents of Redmond and the Eastside with the highest level of customer service and brand selection that will not likely be available at the larger, big box stores and outlets," Roh said. "Incidentally, all of us are local residents and believe wholeheartedly in supporting our local community and businesses. I went into Premium Wine & Spirits recently and shopped. I was looking for a few specific items and could not find them on the self. I then spoke to the clerk to find out if they carried those items and she said they did not so I looked around a little more and left the store. I then walked across the street to go to another store leaving my car in Premium Wine & Spirits Parking Lot. I returned about 20 minutes later to Premium Wine & Spirits Parking Lot to retrieve my car and it was gone! I went back inside and asked the same clerk I had a conversation earlier if she called and had my car towed and she said yes! I asked for whatever reason would you have one of your customer’s vehicles towed and she said because their parking lot is only for customers while they are in the store. I have never been towed in my life and only left my car there for a brief period and above all I had been a loyal repeat customer of this Liquor Store. My car was towed and impounded less than 1 hour and it cost me over $400 to get it back! I have never been so upset in my life. I just felt the need to share my story. I still can't believe they treat their customers like this. Needless to say I am fighting the unlawful and unjust towing and impoundment of my vehicle and will NEVER shop at this Liquor Store Again!

I was contacted by the owner of the store and they made things right with me and no longer have an issue with the store. I will be shopping there in the near future.
