It's been almost a year since Borders .
Today, the large Redmond Town Center storefront sits vacant, awaiting a new tenant.
"Retail is all about what’s new and fresh, and we look forward to the opportunity to bring a compelling new retail concept to Redmond Town Center," Steven Chaffee, a senior manager at the town center, told Redmond Patch when Borders moved out.
