New Year's Day: What's Open, What's Closed in Redmond
Many government offices and businesses will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 1.
Happy New Year! Here is a list of what’s open and what's closed for the holiday.
- United States Postal Service: closed Tuesday. No mail delivery that day.
- Library: All King County libraries will be closed Tuesday, Jan. 1. They will be open normal hours on Wednesday
- Redmond City Hall: Closed Tuesday.
- Schools: The Lake Washington School District is on winter break. Classes resume Wednesday.
- Banks: Most banks are closed New Year's Day. Check with your specific branch to confirm hours.
- Redmond Town Center: Open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Check with individual stores to confirm hours.
