Monday: A fire on Bel-Red Road, causing $1.5 million in damage and totalling the structure. No injuries have been reported in the blaze, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Wednesday: The death of a popular Woodinville High School teacher was , and the victim's boyfriend was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder. Prudence Hockley had taught English at the school for 14 years.
