Monday: We , which made its seasonal debut on Saturday. Opening day festivities included a ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor John Marchione and a performance by the Redmond High School pep band.

Tuesday: Patch sports editor Mike Baldwin , a senior who is preparing to lead her team to its second state title. The Mustangs have won eight consecutive KingCo 4A titles.

Wednesday: A sent 13 people from a community health clinic to the hospital. All were treated and released later that day, but officials were unable to determine what caused them to feel sick.

Thursday: Patch contributor Jeanne Gustafson , a year-old chocolate shop that is finding success in its mix of retail and catering services. Owner Susan Walukiewicz, a Microsoft retiree who worked in a chocolate shop as a teen, decided to start her own business after traveling overseas and being inspired by European chocolatiers.

Friday: Moms Talk columnist Malia Kawaguchi : late-night happy hour. Although Mother's Day is typically known as a day for hand-made cards and kid-prepared breakfasts in bed, Malia says it should also be a time to "remember your life B.C. (that’s 'before children'), and revisit it for a day."

Saturday: Patch wine columnist Willow Foster tackled a common question for wine afficianados: One local winery is now offering a public drop-off location for cork recycling.

Sunday: We posted a , which drew classic rock fans of all ages to the Old Fire House Teen Center in Redmond. Los Gentlemen took top honors in the final round.
