Redmond's 98053 ZIP Code Ranks Among Region's Top 5 Wealthiest
The Puget Sound Business Journal's list says 98053 is the fifth-wealthiest code in the area.
A new list from the Puget Sound Business Journal ranks unincorporated Redmond's 98053 ZIP code as the fifth-wealthiest in the Puget Sound area.
At No. 5, 98053—which includes Union Hill, Trilogy, Ames Lake and other unincorporated neighborhoods—has an average net worth of $545,677, according to the PSBJ. The top four wealthiest ZIP codes in the area are, respectively, 98039 (Medina), 98075 (Sammamish), 98040 (Mercer Island) and 98074 (Sammamish).
The same ZIP codes formed last year's top five, with Redmond's 98053 coming in fourth place.
