Monday: Monday was Halloween, and we capped our seasonal coverage with a at the Redmond Town Center. The performance event raised nearly $5,000 for educational programs at SecondStory Repertory.

Tuesday: On Tuesday, we told you about a . The "Geek Roast" at the Redmond Marriott Hotel is being held as a fundraiser for the 25-year-old husband of Alyssa Magnotti, chief operating officer at Thinkspace. Magnotti's husband is fighting a rare form of cancer and will soon undergo an aggressive, and costly, chemotherapy procedure.

Wednesday: It was a big week at city hall as the Redmond City Council . Council members agreed to keep a speed camera near Einstein Elementary for an additional four months, however, and possibly expand the city's speed camera program in the future.
