Zombies Set to Invade Redmond Town Center Saturday

The annual "Thrill the World" dance raises money for SecondStory Repertory's educational and outreach programs.

Halloween will come to life at Redmond Town Center this Saturday when hundreds gather to perform the annual "Thrill the World" zombie-themed dance.

The choreographed routine is set to Michael Jackson's spooky hit "Thriller" and takes place in the center plaza at Redmond Town Center at noon. The cost to participate begins at $5 for children and $15 for adults; all proceeds benefit educational and outreach programs at SecondStory Repertory.

Several retailers at Redmond Town Center will be offering discounts and to costumers in zombie costumes.

Last year's event drew close to 300 people dressed as zombies and raised nearly $5,000 for SecondStory Rep. For more information visit the Redmond Zombies website.

To participate, you must have attended classes to learn the dance! There are several teachers in the RTC area, but without instruction, you cannot participate. That said, this is an incredibly fun event - all of RTC gets involved!

Thanks Barbara, I was a little unclear from the Redmond Zombies website on whether the class participation was mandatory. In any case, I'm sure it's quite a fun event to watch!

Our front yard gets a fair amount of sun, it faces south. Back yard is more shady/wet. We've beenRead More trying to grow grass back there and just have never had good success. I would be open to whatever someone suggests for planting (veggies, sunflowers whatever). People can contact me at ariana at chris burgess dot com.
