Political Cartooning: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow - a Humanities Washington Presentation

Join us at the Redmond Senior Center for a presentation from Milt Priggee, professional political cartoonist.  Milt Priggee has been a professional political cartoonist since 1976.  He will explain the who, what, where, when, why and how of political commentary as it evolves from print to digital-media platforms.  The discussion will then turn to some of Priggee's own cartoons, including some which were rejected from publication, and explore the stories behind the art and the importance of political cartooning as a medium.
