The City of Redmond and the Cascade Land Conservancy are partnering to sponsor a work party from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 25, at Westside Park, 5810 156 Ave. NE, Redmond. Volunteers will remove invasive plants and plant native trees and shrubs.
No experience is necessary; gloves, tools and other materials are available. Participants should dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. All ages are welcome, but all volunteers under 18 must either be accompanied by an adult or bring a signed waiver (available at www.greenredmond.org, on the Volunteer Schedule page).
