COAD will host a Fourth Day Café meeting at Redmond City Hall at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Attendees will be part of an ongoing community-based disaster awareness and preparedness program. "Fourth Day" refers to the fourth day after a disaster, when the recovery phase will be in full swing, and outside help might arrive. Visit http://redmondccc.org for more information.
