Need to Charge Your Electric Vehicle in Redmond? Here's Where to Find Stations

The US Department of Energy has mapped EV charging stations around the country, including here in Redmond.

Electric vehicle sales are on the rise in the US, bringing with them more and more places for EV drivers to plug in.

Redmond currently has seven charging locations, according to the US Department of Energy. Here is where to find them:

  • Equity Residential (Red 160 Apartments), 16015 Cleveland St.
  • Redmond City Hall, 15670 NE 85th St.
  • Redmond Park & Ride, 16201 NE 83rd St.
  • Kohl's, 17601 NE Union Hill Road
  • City of Redmond Maintenance Operations Center, 18080 NE 76th St.
  • Overlake School, 20301 NE 108th St.
  • Keep It Simple (KIS Organics), 12526 Avondale Road NE

The city's first three charging stations were installed in early 2011.

Visit the US Energy Department to filter results or find other locations outside of Redmond.

RASP is a wonderful group of writers from all walks of Redmond life. They hold an open mic on theRead More last Friday of every month at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center. Not only do they have featured readers like Kathleen, but the open mic portion encourages anyone from the community to read their work. It's regularly quite good. All those with a hunger to get their work out in the world should attend.
