'Almost Live' Alumni Pat Cashman and John Keister Respond to Return Rumors

Pat Cashman and John Keister of classic Seattle TV show "Almost Live" respond to rumors, via a YouTube video.

Earlier this week,  to local television, after teaser trailers of something called "The (206)" emerged on YouTube.

On Friday, Cashman and Keister posted a response on YouTube. Enough said.

According to the SeattlePI.com, Cashman confirmed to KOMO radio earlier this week that he was working on a new show with Keister, but provided no details on who would broadcast the show or whether any other alumni such as Nancy Guppy, Tracey Conway, Bob Nelson, Steve Wilson or Bill Stainton are returning.

Of course, some of the show's regulars have moved on from our misty climes. Joel McHale stars on the NBC comedy "Community," and Bill Nye has been a television show host on national TV, including his own PBS show "Bill Nye, The Science Guy."

The video response was posted on a Twitter account for The206.

RASP is a wonderful group of writers from all walks of Redmond life. They hold an open mic on theRead More last Friday of every month at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center. Not only do they have featured readers like Kathleen, but the open mic portion encourages anyone from the community to read their work. It's regularly quite good. All those with a hunger to get their work out in the world should attend.
