Banner Bank's entrance sign painted on door states no one enters with hoodies (up) or sunglasses. This is 164th Ave NE, but may be on all branches. Wonder whether First Citizens has the same warning?

How do they enforce that? They need a security guard posted at the door to stop anyone from getting past with hoodies. That said, shooters might aim for the guard himself - so these are not fool proof measure either. I wish they arm the bank staff though.

Seems a little odd to post that type of rule... as if someone entering to commit an armed robbery would stop and take down his hoody and remove his sunglasses. By the very nature of their activity, they aren't inclined to follow rules!

When they finally catch the guy, rest assured he will have an extensive criminal history. The problem isn't with the criminal.....

I see a Police car parked outside the branch everyday - hoepfully they catch him soon.
