Charges Filed in Woodinville Burglary, 911 Audio Released

Dustin Stanley Goodhue was shot by a Woodinville homeowner after allegedly attempting to burglarize a home in the Hollywood Hill area last week.

The King County Prosecutor's Office has charged Dustin Stanley Goodhue, 29, with residential burglary following .

Goodhue is to be arraigned Monday, Aug. 13.

He was shot twice by the homeowner, Dale Larsen, after he was discovered searching through a bedroom closet in the Woodinville home. Goodhue managed to escape and drive a short distance away, but was later apprehended after he called 911 for medical assistance.

He was listed in satisfactory condition Wednesday at Harborview Medical Center. The female suspect remains at large.

Meanwhile, the King County Sheriff's Office has released 911 calls made by three parties regarding the shooting. You can hear the calls from Larsen, Goodhue and a witness on the recording above. (Patch has edited out personally identifying information.)
