11:03 a.m., 8500 block of 160th Ave. NE: Redmond Police recovered stolen license plates on a vehicle at a local business.

12:15 p.m., 8500 block of 160th Ave. NE: Redmond Police took a report of stolen license plates.

3:18 p.m., 4700 block of 164th Place NE: Redmond Police investigated a fraud report. No suspect information is available at this time.

3:44 p.m., 15000 block of NE 24th St.: Redmond Police investigated the theft of food from a grocery store.

11:19 p.m., 9800 block of Avondale Road: Redmond Police investigated the possible theft of a portable Nintendo game system.

Saturday, Dec. 31

4:00 p.m., 17100 block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police responded to a theft report at a local business. There are no suspects at this time.

11:11 p.m., 14900 block of Redmond Way: A 41-year-old Renton man was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Sunday, Jan. 1

9:26 a.m., 14700 block of NE 91st St.: Sometime during the night someone pried open the metal framed glass front door to a fast-food restaurant and stole the automatic change dispenser filled with coins. The cash drawer and safe were not damaged or tampered with.

12:56 p.m., 17900 block of Redmond Way: A 42-year-old Lakebay man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession.

Monday, Jan. 2

12:07 a.m., 15800 block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police contacted a 20-year-old Duvall man sitting inside his vehicle. He was later arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:13 a.m., 18100 block of NE 105th Court: Redmond Police responded to a local residence for a reported noise complaint. A juvenile party was discovered and broken up.

6:25 a.m., 13800 block of NE 74th St.: Redmond Police took a car prowl report. No suspect information.

10:21 a.m., 3300 block of 181 Place NE: A Redmond resident reported that a suspect cashed a personal check. The check was stolen from her residence. An investigation was initiated.

1:01 p.m., 13600 block of NE 83rd Court: Redmond Police took a car prowl report.

1:02 p.m., 8400 block of 139th Ave. NE: A Redmond resident reported that their van was broken into and a GPS was taken.

2:10 p.m., 9600 block of 174th Place NE: Complainant reported two packages left on his front portch while he was out of town for the holidays were taken. He was able to recover part of one package in a nearby jurisdiction.

2:19 p.m., 15800 block of NE 117th St.: Redmond Police responded to a burglary in-progress. A 16-year-old SeaTac boy was arrested in connection to the burglary. Two suspects fled in a black sedan. Investigation ongoing.

3:32 p.m., 6100 block of 149th Court NE: Redmond Police responded to a car prowl. The rear window was smashed and three small bags were taken out of the vehicle.

3:49 p.m., 8500 block of 148th Ave. NE: Redmond Police investigated a burglary in a local apartment complex. An unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's apartment and stole personal property.

7:21 p.m., 17200 block of Redmond Way: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the parking lot of a local grocery store. A 27-year-old Sammamish woman was arrested for intentionally damaging a victim's truck.

7:28 p.m., 18100 block of NE 105th Court: Redmond Police investigated a reported burglary.

8:00 p.m., 8900 block of 161st Ave. NE: Redmond Police investigated a harassment complaint.
