Police Nab Burglary Suspect: Redmond Police Blotter

The following information is compiled from Redmond Police logs for June 5-7. Where an arrest is noted, it does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, June 5

Malicious Mischief / Vandalism: At about 6:30 p.m., an unknown male keyed a man's car at the 8700 block of 141 CT NE because he felt the man was driving too fast through his neighborhood.

Theft-Bicycle: Just before noon, police received a report of a bicycle stolen from a grocery store on the 15800 block of Redmond Way.

Thursday, June 6

Shoplifting: At about 3 p.m. Redmond Police investigated a shoplift at a local business at the 17700 block of NE 76th St.

Friday, June 7

Non-residential burglary: At about 12:30 a.m., Redmond Police responded to a burglary on the 2700 block of 152nd Ave NE. A 39-year-old Bellevue man was located and arrested on suspicion of burglary, with burglary tools in his possession.

Threats: A 27-year-old Bellevue man was arrested for allegedly making threats.
