Redmond Police Blotter: April 12

The following incidents occurred between 6 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Tuesday, April 12

8:20 a.m., 4200 block of W Lake Sammamish Parkway: An incident of misdemeanor theft from a motor vehicle was reported.

12:42 p.m., 2200 block of 148th Ave. NE: Police responded to a report of misdemeanor shoplifting.

1:24 p.m., 15300 block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police responded to a reported car prowl in the Grasslawn neighborhood at a local apartment complex. A GPS unit was taken from a vehicle. There are no further leads at this time.

1:35 p.m., 10000 block of 166th Ave. NE: A junior high student reported that her cellular phone was taken from her locker after she had left it unlocked. The case is under investigation.

1:44 p.m., 17200 block of NE 104th St.: An incident of phone threats was reported in the Avondale neighborhood.

2:53 p.m., 17100 block of NE 80th St.: Redmond Police investigated a trespassing and narcotics complaint.

4:08 p.m., 8800 block of 161st Ave. NE: Redmond Police responded to a local grocery store for a report of shoplifting. A Sammamish man was placed under arrest, booked and released.

4:13 p.m., 14000 block of NE 62nd St.: Redmond Police investigated the report of fraud via the Internet. There is no suspect information at this time.

5:44 p.m., 17600 block of NE 76th St.: Redmond Police responded to a report of shoplifting at a local business. The suspect was arrested.

6:02 p.m., 3000 block of 173rd Court NE: Redmond Police investigated a report of threats made by a juvenile.
