Redmond Police Blotter: Assault Reported at Local Bar

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

9:15 a.m., 15100 block of NE 24th St.: Police investigated a residential burglary in the Overlake area.

12:50 p.m., Eastbound SR 520 and 148th Ave. NE: A man was observed walking on a freeway on-ramp with two bottles of wine and stumbled into the bushes. He was located and found intoxicated and in possession of drug paraphernalia and suspected marijuana. He was depressed and stated he wanted to commit suicide. He was booked and committed to a mental health facility.

7:32 p.m., 7400 block of 159th Place NE: Redmond Police responded to the report of a disturbance at a local apartment complex. A 50-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

9:19 p.m., 11600 block of Redmond-Woodinville Road: Redmond Police arrested a 25-year-old Woodinville man on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:30 p.m., 16600 block of Redmond Way: A vehicle reported stolen out of the King County Sheriff's office was located in the city of Redmond.

10:36 p.m., 7800 block of Leary Way: Redmond Police investigated a report of fourth-degree assault at a local bar.
