Redmond Police Blotter: $400 Worth of Perfume Stolen From Sears, Transient Camps Discovered in Park

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Tuesday.

6:18 a.m., 19100 block of Union Hill Road: Complainant reported two company vehicles were prowled sometime over the weekend, and additional property was stolen from an unlocked storage container. See associated auto theft report which also occurred on site.

7:36 a.m., 19100 block of Union Hill Road: Complainant reported one of their company vehicles was stolen from a business lot in Redmond. Two additional vehicles were also prowled at this same location. This stolen vehicle was also loaded with numerous tools.

12:02 p.m., NE 70th Street and 176th Avenue NE: Complainant reported he was assaulted by another motorist following a traffic altercation between them. Officers contacted both parties and obtained conflicting statements from each driver.

3:38 p.m., 16600 block of NE 92nd St.: Redmond Police responded to a vehicle prowl report. The reporting party was unsure where the actual crime occurred.

4:16 p.m., 10500 block of 158th Ave. NE: Redmond PD investigated a report of shoplifting at Sears. A female suspect was detained and released in the field for the theft and will be cited through investigation for stealing $400 worth of perfume.

5:54 p.m., Redmond Way and 154th Avenue Northeast: Redmond Police discovered two transient camps in a city park.
