Redmond Police Blotter: Daytime Burglary Reported in Education Hill

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Tuesday.

From the Redmond Police Department:

Monday, Nov. 26

8:22 a.m., 17800 block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police responded to a reported attempted burglary at a local business.

9:11 a.m., 17200 block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police responded to a reported malicious mischief/vandalism that occurred in a parking lot.

12:01 p.m., 8500 block of 152nd Ave. NE: Redmond Police contacted a local business in response to a theft of checks. One of the stolen checks had been cashed at a business in Seattle.

4:15 p.m., 10300 block of 176th Ave. NE: A home was burglarized during daylight hours.

RASP is a wonderful group of writers from all walks of Redmond life. They hold an open mic on theRead More last Friday of every month at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center. Not only do they have featured readers like Kathleen, but the open mic portion encourages anyone from the community to read their work. It's regularly quite good. All those with a hunger to get their work out in the world should attend.
