Redmond Police Blotter: Medical Clinic Reports Stolen Prescription Forms

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Sunday and 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Sunday, Sept. 18

9:04 a.m., 8500 block of 139th Ave. NE: A red 1997 Honda Civic was stolen from a driveway sometime during the night.

9:55 a.m., 3800 block of W Lake Sammamish Parkway: A residential burglary occurred while the victim was on vacation.

11:24 a.m., 16500 block of NE 120th Way: Redmond Police Department investigated an attempted vehicle prowl.

2:26 p.m., 18500 block of NE 58th Court: Redmond Police responded to a report of a malicious mischief. There are no suspects at this time.

2:34 p.m., 15300 block of NE 90th St.: Redmond Police investigated a car prowl at a local business.

4:55 p.m., 2800 block of W Lake Sammamish Parkway: Redmond Police responded to a theft of a package delivered to a local residence.

8:55 p.m., 16200 block of NE 83rd St.: Redmond Police took a robbery report. The suspects grabbed the victim with force, and stated they had a gun and would use it. The suspects stole the victim's cell phone and wallet. A composite sketch was made of both suspects. Investigation ongoing.

10:19 p.m., NE 90th Street/120th Avenue NE: A vehicle stolen out of Redmond was recovered in Kirkland.

Monday, Sept. 19

7:33 a.m., 7000 block of 148th Ave. NE: A fence was damaged inside Grass Lawn Park.

8:02 a.m., 13500 block of NE 75th St.: A bike left locked up at a local school was stolen over the weekend.

9:26 a.m., 18000 block of NE 68th St.: Police investigated a theft from a vehicle.

11:09 a.m., 18100 block of NE 95th St.: Victim reported that after a service employee was in her residence she discovered that her prescription medication was missing from her medicine cabinet in her bathroom. An investigation was initiated.

12:04 p.m., 17200 block of Redmond Way: A pharmacist filled out a prescription that later turned out to be forged.

12:34 p.m., 15400 block of Bel-Red Road: The owner of a health clinic reported fraudulent use of several doctors' prescriptions.

2:45 p.m., 10700 block of Willows Road: Redmond Police investigated the report of a burglary at a local business.

4:42 p.m., 15800 block of Leary Way: A Redmond resident noticed that sometime over the weekend an unknown individual entered his vehicle. Nothing appeared to be missing.
