Redmond Police Blotter: Political Signs Reported Stolen

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Tuesday.

From the Redmond Police Department:

Monday, Oct. 8

1:05 p.m., Bel-Red Road and West Lake Sammamish Parkway: Redmond Police investigated a theft of political signs.

3:02 p.m., 9800 block of Avondale Road: Redmond PD investigated a motor vehicle prowl. Honda S2000 seats were stolen.

6:20 p.m., 14600 block of NE 64th St.: A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of assault.

10:29 p.m., 15800 block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police arrested a 20-year-old Redmond woman on suspicion of shoplifting from a grocery store.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

12:34 a.m., 17300 block of NE 36th St.: Officers located a baggie of suspected marijuana outside a residence. The item was submitted for destruction.

RASP is a wonderful group of writers from all walks of Redmond life. They hold an open mic on theRead More last Friday of every month at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center. Not only do they have featured readers like Kathleen, but the open mic portion encourages anyone from the community to read their work. It's regularly quite good. All those with a hunger to get their work out in the world should attend.
