Redmond Police Blotter: Student Robbed, Gas Station Employee's Vehicle Stolen

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Tuesday, June 19

7:58 a.m., 11400 block of Avondale Road: Police assisted the fire/EMS department with a call.

8:27 a.m., 3600 block of 157th Ave. NE: Redmond Police responded to a reported theft that occurred at a local business.

9:00 a.m., Northeast 75th Street and 134th Avenue Northeast: A 15-year-old Kirkland boy allegedly took money from the pocket of a fellow student at a local school against his will.

1:13 p.m., 14700 block of NE 95th St.: Redmond Police responded to a call reporting a theft of a license plate.

3:55 p.m., 16600 block of NE 48th St.: Redmond Police responded to a report of fraud.

9:42 p.m., 10200 block of 160th Ave. NE: Redmond Police responded to assist Redmond Fire Department with a smoking storm drain.

10:48 p.m., 18000 block of Redmond Way: A gas station employee's vehicle was stolen while he was working.

RASP is a wonderful group of writers from all walks of Redmond life. They hold an open mic on theRead More last Friday of every month at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center. Not only do they have featured readers like Kathleen, but the open mic portion encourages anyone from the community to read their work. It's regularly quite good. All those with a hunger to get their work out in the world should attend.
