Rose Hill Burglaries Draw Worried Neighbors to Community Meeting

Redmond Police urge residents to be on the lookout for suspicious activity.

Close to 200 concerned community members turned out earlier this week to discuss a recent neighborhood, KOMO News reported.

The incidents included one in which a man broke into a home where an 11-year-old girl was home alone after school, the station reported. The suspect, who has not been caught, was seen hopping fences and running through yards to get away from police.

The Redmond Police Department's crime map shows six residential burglaries in the Rose Hill area during the past month. In comparison, the city had 10 burglaries overall during that same time period.
