Stolen Redbull, Man Claiming to Sell Karate Equipment – Redmond Police Blotter

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Friday.

Wednesday April 3

4:39 p.m., 156xx block of NE 61 CT: Redmond Police responded to a report of a suspicious male in a neighborhood. No crime was found to have occurred.

3:16 p.m., 72xx block of 152 AVE NE: Redmond Police took the report of debit card fraud from a Redmond resident.

2:01 p.m., 172xx block of REDMOND WY: Redmond police responded to a shoplifting call at a local grocery store. Unidentified suspects took a large quantity of Redbull.

1:34 p.m., 109xx block of 164 PL NE: Police responded to the report of a vehicle prowl. An investigation is pending.

12:13 p.m., 135xx block of NE 75 ST: Sometime over the weekend unknown suspects stole $1700.00 worth of copper wire.

11:04 a.m., 39xx block of W LK SAMMAMISH PKWY: Redmond Police responded to a call reporting theft of bicycles at a local apartment complex. 

10:51 a.m., 40xx block of W LK SAMMAMISH PKWY: Redmond police responded to a car prowl at an apartment complex.

10:40 a.m., 39xx block of W LK SAMMAMISH PKWY: Redmond police responded to a call reporting a bicycle theft at a local apartment complex. 

10:07 a.m., 155xx block of NE 52 ST: A white male in his late 20's rang the doorbell and knocked on the home owner's front door. The subject then entered the fenced backyard and knocked on the back door. The home owner observed the subject return the front of the house where he confronted him in the driveway. The subject claimed he was selling "karate equipment." The suspect vehicle was later determined to be stolen.

8:16 a.m., 169xx block of NE 99 CT: An unknown suspect stole mail from the victim's mailbox. No suspect information was available.

7:46 a.m., 99xx block of 171 AVE NE: An unknown suspect removed mail from the mail boxes, some of which was found discarded on the road.

Thursday, April 4

1 a.m., 22xx block of 148 AVE NERedmond Police took custody of a warrant subject arrested by an outside agency.

11:42 p.m., 109xx block of 176 CIR NE: Redmond Police responded to a report of a possible assault.

Friday, April 5

1 a.m., REDMOND WY & SR 520 EB: Redmond Police arrested an intoxicated driver.
