Weekend Police Blotter: Facebook Comments Lead to Physical Altercation Between Students

2:22 p.m., 17200 block of NE 104th St.: Police responded to a report of malicious mischief/vandalism.

2:35 p.m., 14800 block of NE 24th St.: Redmond Police responded to a report of drug activity.

4:08 p.m., 2200 block of 173rd Ave. NE: Redmond Police responded to a reported burglary that occurred the day before. A 17-year-old Redmond boy was arrested.

5:13 p.m., 17200 block of NE 104th St.: Redmond Police investigated an assault at Hartman Park involving two female students who attend RHS. Suspect information was obtained and will be forwarded to the school resource officer for further investigation. The alleged victim said she was beat up by another girl over comments that were made on Facebook. Neither party opted to press charges.

Saturday, Jan. 28

1:41 a.m., 15000 block of NE 24th St.: Stolen plates from an outside agency were recovered from a parked vehicle. Driver of the vehicle was unaware her valid plates were replaced by the stolen plates.

1:31 p.m., 15900 block of NE 83rd St.: Police responded to a report of malicious mischief/vandalism.

3:08 p.m., 18500 block of NE 57th Way: Redmond Police responded to a report of a burglary that occurred at a residence.

Sunday, Jan. 29

1:42 p.m., 17600 block of Union Hill Road: Police investigated a report of shoplifting.

9:27 p.m., 9900 block of Avondale Road: Redmond Police arrested a 29-year-old Sultan woman on suspicion of several drug-related crimes.
