Weekend Police Blotter: Man Reports Being Robbed at Gunpoint

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday.

 are investigating a downtown robbery after a man said he had his wallet stolen at gunpoint early Saturday morning in a parking garage next to the .

According to police spokesman Jim Bove, the victim said he was approached from behind by two male suspects in the garage at around 1 a.m. Saturday. The victim said the suspects placed what he believed to be a gun to his head and removed his wallet from his pocket.

"Unfortunately, because he was approached from behind, we don’t have much of a description other than they were dressed in dark clothing," Bove wrote in an email. "There was never actually a weapon seen."

9:14 p.m., 17200 block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police responded to a report of a theft of a bicycle. 

Saturday, April 14

1:10 a.m., 15800 block of Bear Creek Parkway: An adult male victim reported being robbed at gunpoint by two suspects.

9:18 a.m., 3900 block of W Lake Sammamish Parkway: Police responded to a hit-and-run.

12:08 p.m., 19100 block of NE 65th Way: Redmond Police investigated a fraud that occurred two weeks ago.

12:28 p.m., 15200 block of NE 24th St.: Redmond Police responded to a reported burglary at a local business.

2:36 p.m., 3400 block of 177th Ave. NE: Police investigated a report of harassment via text message. 

3:00 p.m., 2200 block of 148th Ave. NE: Redmond Police responded to a theft at Sears. An 18-year-old Seattle woman was arrested and later released.

4:53 p.m., 7500 block of 164th Ave. NE: Redmond Police responded to a report of a vehicle prowl that had occurred at a local business.

6:54 p.m., 17700 block of NE 76th St.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting.

9:26 p.m., 14400 block of Redmond Way: An assisted living facility reported a theft of prescription medication.

11:08 p.m., Avondale Road and Novelty Hill Road: Redmond Police responded to a call of a possible DUI driver and subsequently placed the driver—a 45-year-old Kirkland man—into custody for investigation of DUI.

11:17 p.m., Avondale Road and SR 520 eastbound: A 43-year-old Redmond man was observed driving erratically and arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Sunday, April 15

2:10 a.m., 15300 block of Redmond Way: A 30-year-old Redmond man was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

10:34 a.m., 16600 block of Redmond Way: Complainant reported a locked company vehicle was stolen overnight from the rear parking lot behind their restaurant.

12:18 p.m., 16500 block of NE 35th Court: Redmond Police responded to a reported theft of two bicycles from a local apartment complex.

8:06 p.m., 13300 block of NE 75th St.: A 39-year-old Redmond woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

9:08 p.m., 17200 block of Redmond Way: An unknown male stole three TVs.

10:05 p.m., 16700 block of NE 24th St.: A 19-year-old Bellevue man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and possession of marijuana.
