Thursday, May 2

9:03 a.m., Avondale Road and N.E. 98th Way: Redmond Police responded to a report of malicious mischief. Unknown subject shot a window out of a moving vehicle.

11:55 a.m., 7900 block of 178th Place N.E.: Police responded to the report of items taken from a car while at a local business.

6:37 p.m., 15700 block of Redmond Way: A Redmond resident reported a work van stolen from the parking lot of a local business.

9:19 p.m., 17200 block of Redmond Way: Police responded to a shoplifting in progress at a local business.

9:57 p.m., 17200 block of Redmond Way: Male was confronted after walking out of a local grocery store with a basket of unpaid groceries. He returned the grocery items and then left the scene. Case under investigation.
