Motorists need to take Northeast 10th Street in order to access 520. The new Northeast Eighth Street on-ramp will lead to northbound I-405 but will put drivers on the interstate after it has already split with the onramp to 520.

Northbound I-405 will shut down completely this weekend through downtown Bellevue as crews connect the new freeway onramps. When the freeway is re-opened on Monday, drivers on northbound I-405 will exit to 520 approximately one-half mile earlier.
