Last January, players from Washington and Idaho won the second highest Mega Millions jackpot in history of $380 million, also making it the highest jackpot ever won by a Washington player.
Now, the pot is even sweeter; at $476 million for this Friday, March 30, drawing, Washington's Lottery says it's the largest jackpot in North America, breaking its own record of $390 million.
There were three lucky Washington $250,000 winners in last night's drawing, including two tickets bought at retailers in Spokane and one in Ferndale.
