It's Didgeridoo Day at Soulfood books on April 16th! They are celebrating with a workshop and performance.
The Workshop

Bring your didgeridoo (if you have one), a notebook and an open mind as we cover the subjects of:
Technique

- Bring some idea of what you would like to learn and we will break down techniques into doable accomplishments during practice.
Practice Techniques
- What would be some good habits while the player sits down to practice. This would probably cover connecting with the instrument in a way to get a deeper and richer experience while playing.
Composition

- Building rhythms into phrases to make a cohesive song.
$20 for class alone, $45 for class and purchase of Didgitube (practice didge) that you can take home and practice with! (save $15)
If you do not have a didgeridoo, no worries. We will have plenty on hand to borrow for the class.
