Visit Waste Management’s booth at the Carnation Farmers Market to see Chef Lisa Dupar of Pomegranate Bistro and Lisa Dupar Catering demonstrate three signature recipes while learning easy ways to recycle your food scraps and food-soiled paper. Demos will be performed at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30 PM on October 2nd.
