There was plenty of energy at Redmond’s on Friday, including a “flash mob” appearance of more mature folks dancing to LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem.”
The fitness-themed event at included a 5K run/walk, a 3-on-3 soccer tournament, skateboarding clinics, spin biking, martial arts and Jazzercise.
