Derby Days to Cause Downtown Road Closures, Bus Re-Routes

People attending the festival on Saturday are asked to park off-site and ride the free shuttle to the event.

Several downtown streets will be closed this Saturday to make room for , Redmond's annual summer festival.

Here is a list of streets that will be closed before and during the Derby Days parades on Saturday morning:

  • NE 85th Street from 154th Avenue NE to 164th Avenue NE
  • NE 83rd Street from 158th Avenue NE to 164th Avenue NE
  • 158th, 160th, and 161st avenues NE from 8200 to 8600 block

The following streets will remain closed after the parades:

  • NE 83rd Street from 158th Avenue NE to 161st Avenue NE
  • 158th and 160th avenues NE from 8200 to 8600 block
  • 161st Avenue NE will be open after the parades.

People traveling to Derby Days by car on Saturday are asked to park at one of the festival's three shuttle stops and ride the free shuttle to the event. Free off-site parking will also be available at the Redmond Athletic Club (parking pass required). Click here for full details on shuttles and parking
