Redmond's will return to city hall on Friday, Aug. 24.
The fitness-themed event will include a 5K run/walk, a 3-on-3 soccer tournament, skateboarding clinics, spin biking, martial arts and Jazzercise. Spencer Hawes, a former UW basketball player and current center for the Philadelphia 76ers, will make a special appearance.
