How much is the rent that KCLS pays to the homeowners association to use the building? I do not…Read More want the money I pay to the association to maintain the public library - that is what my and everyone's library tax is for. The library needs to find the money for the possible rent increase as long as the increase is reasonable. EVERYONE is K.C. should be responsible for paying the operating expenses of the library building not JUST the homeowners of Redmond Ridge!
