it's because people can't stand to be *offended* by loud music. I live on Education Hill and I canRead More hear the (albeit muted) concert from my house. It doesn't bother me in the least, but I know several people have complained about it. Silly really, some neighbors parties are louder than what I hear from Marymoor.

The show in Troutdale the next night was also only an hour long. :(

When the venue was differently configured, the folks on Marymoor Hill (across WLSP) like me wereRead More "treated" to a thumping that was hard to imagine. I'd be in favor of keeping 10pm weeknight curfews and allowing 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10 on a Friday or Saturday does seem a bit early.

Sounds like fun. Since I have hundreds of books, I will have plenty of material to work with.

I went today with my 9 and 10 accelerated homeschool kids. KCLS did not want them to participate dueRead More to their non-teen status, but they took their entries but made it clear they were not eligible for a prize, we understood, and asked for more contests like these for kids like mine. We will do these at home as well. A great homeschool project.

This is insane! ST can not even afford to expand the already full P&R facilities, yet they canRead More spend money on this? Just another example of inefficient government priorities!!
