Greetings everyone! My name is Kimm Moore and I bake sweet things for sweet, small (under 100 people), local events in the Redmond community. I have been cooking and baking, as a profession, for 7 years and highly enjoy what I do. After culinary and pastry school, I worked in different aspects of the food industry and professional kitchens, such as restaurants, cafes, hotes, and bakeries. Now, I decided to venture out on my own and start &#39;Sweetness Catering LLC&#39; in Feb. 2011. My business motto is: &#34;Be, think, and eat sweet!&#34;<br>I specialize in custom-made cupcakes, cookies, and brownies/bar cookies. You have seen me at Seattle&#39;s Annual Cupcake Camp, Spitfire Restaurant on Microsoft Campus, and meeting new people at networking events! Not only do I believe in being sweet, I believe my business should be a positive, kind, and helpful influence in the community. My dream is open a retail store front for my sweet treats in 5 years and give the Redmond community a daily dose of &#34;sweetness!&#34; Being a local and growing up in Woodinville, I know the community needs a new, fresh, bakery to call their own.
